Day 2 of Week 1

I just got done with the exercises and I am wiped out. This was the hardest I’ve ever exercised in my life! It was supposed to be 20 minutes of jump rope doing one minute and then resting for 30 seconds. Instead I did 30 seconds of jump rope followed by one minute rest. And then not even consistently. I probably only did maybe 10 sets of 30 seconds actually jumping. I was incredibly winded right away. It felt like my chest would explode. I got better as I regulated my breathing while jumping. When I did that, I could jump a little longer.

The other exercise I was supposed to do, was pull-ups pulling knees to elbows. Because I do not have a pull up bar, I did crunches, knees to elbows on the floor.
