11:00 half a grapefruit (plain); ¾ cup of greek yogurt mixed with vanilla yogurt (has some sugar added) plus blueberries, raspberries and cherries

2:00 half a piece of swordfish; leftover green beans and cauliflower (leftovers from last night heated in a pan with a tablespoon olive oil and some water), added one tablespoon of the oil/herb mixture

5:30 2 scrambled eggs, one piece smoked salmon, side of boiled/steamed green beans, one tomato skinned and cut up with oil/herb mixture
