Today’s nutrition:

9:00 berry smoothie; handful smoked almonds; water

10:30 half a grapefruit

1:00 (lunch at the Bee Hive) cauliflower soup; pot of tea; frissee salad with poached egg, duck bacon and blue cheese dressing (not creamy)

2:00 glass of white wine

5:00 egg over easy, piece of smoked salmon, tablespoon of hummus, herbed oil

By the way, I did not go shopping today for this week. I still had food left over from the past two weeks to get through the most part of this coming week. I also skipped pre-cooking food for the week this week, which might be a mistake, but I find I don’t mind doing a little cooking during the week. We’ll see how it goes.
