10:00 vanilla yogurt w/ blue berries and cherries

6:00 chicken fricassee with salad (lettuce, yellow pepper, walnuts) topped with guacamole from half an avocado; probably a few pieces of chocolate

(I don’t remember EXACTLY what I ate on Friday, as I forgot to write it down that day. Only remembering from memory, now, two days later.)
